Beauty Ink 865 is an exclusive studio, open by appointment only. Due to the nature of our detailed, artistic services, we request that you do not bring any guests with you during your appt but there is a waiting room that anyone over the age of 18 is more than welcome to wait in during your procedure. *Will make exceptions for one person to stay present if your are receiving a tattoo Consultations A Permanent Makeup Consultation is mandatory! The cost is $25. This allows your artist to study your skin and come up with the best plan of action to enhance your own natural, beautiful features. Payments A $50 or $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book all permanent makeup and tattoo appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. The remainder of your balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. Tardiness We kindly request that all first-time clients arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appt to fill out paperwork. You can find us at 7715 Oak Ridge Highway, Suite C, Knoxville, TN 37931. Any client who is more than 30 minutes late to their appointment will have to reschedule and results in a forfeit of your deposit. There is also no guarantee the entire session can be completed in the time left if you are late. It may require a touch up session to complete work. Cancellations We request that you give 72 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit. This is a 2-3 hour time slot that we are unable to offer to another client with such short notice. 2 or more cancellations for the same appointment will automatically forfeit your deposit. Right to Refuse Treatment: Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons: Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/suntan) Under the influence of drugs or alcohol or any behavior that in the opinion of the Beauty Ink 865 artist, might compromise their ability to work safely and comfortably. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of documented emergencies or sudden illness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.
