CANCELLATION POLICY

Beauty Ink 865 is open by appointment only. Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation or rescheduling will forfeit your deposit. This is often a 2-4 hour time slot that we are unable to offer to another client with such short notice. Any client who is more than 30 minutes late to their appointment will have to reschedule and results in a forfeit of your deposit. There is also no guarantee the entire session can be completed in the time left if you are late. It may require a touch up session to complete work which will result in more money out of pocket. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of documented emergencies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations. Right to Refuse Treatment: Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons: Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/suntan) Under the influence of drugs or alcohol or any behavior that in the opinion of the Beauty Ink 865 artist, might compromise their ability to work safely and comfortably.
